Huailai Zhongji Sion New Stone Technology Co., Ltd. is developing the Wind-Solar-Storage Integrated Power Station in the Zhongji Sion mining area, Tumu Town, Huailai County, Zhangjiakou, Hebei. The project is positioned as a mining-area source-grid-load-storage renewable asset, behind-the-meter first with surplus export, supporting reliable industrial supply and green transition.

Per Feasibility Study Report V0.1, the baseline scope across Phases I–III is approximately 350.83 MWp PV, 100 MW wind, and 100 MW / 200 MWh (4-hour) battery storage, with total project investment of about RMB 1.485 billion (IDC and working capital additional). The technical scope includes PV, wind, electrochemical energy storage, SVG, and AGC/AVC, with digital twin and intelligent dispatch targets.
